Explosion-proof electrostatic discharge instrument is specially designed for flammable, explosive and anti-static places of human electrostatic discharge equipment, through the safe discharge of human electrostatic charge, to avoid static accumulation caused by fire, explosion or human electric shock accidents. Its core principle is to prolong the electrostatic discharge time, reduce the instantaneous discharge energy, and ensure the operation safety.

II. Core technology and materials

1. Electrostatic sub-conductor touch ball: explosion-proof sub-conductor or composite conductive fiber material, surface resistance value control in the range of 1 10 ~1 10, avoid the risk of direct discharge of conductors, while preventing the accumulation of insulator charges.
2. Resistance network design: built-in multi-stage resistance network (total resistance 1M), the static charge of the human body will be slowly conducted to the ground, the residual voltage after discharge is 100V, ensuring that the energy is lower than the oil vapor * small ignition energy threshold (0.2mJ).
